Connect with Via at the Forum Conference

Power Your Forum Experience with Free Coffee from Via

The Forum on Education Abroad 18th Annual Conference is just around the corner! The Via team is excited about the conference and this year’s theme – Globally Interconnected: New Opportunities and the Challenge of Change. We couldn’t agree more with this powerful statement on the Forum website:

“In times of uncertainty, one thing is undeniable: we need each other more than ever. Global educators understand that solving complex global challenges is achieved by cultivating connections and collaborating across difference.”

Via is all about cultivating connections and we look forward to doing just that at Forum in Chicago, March 23-25. Here’s how you can connect with Via:

Visit Via’s booth #65 at the Forum EA exhibit hall in Chicago, IL!

Visit the Via Booth

Stop by booth #65 so we can meet you and learn more about your needs, goals—and frustrations when it comes to software. You’ll have the opportunity to talk with Via’s Bob Specking and Carrie Cohan about how Via’s software solutions can make your workday easier. And you’ll get a free Cubano Coffee sample just for stopping by!

Attend Passport to Via

Connect with colleagues and friends during Via’s networking event, Passport to Via. This fun event will be held in the Mayfair room (near the elevators) on Level 2 of the Sheraton Hotel. From 5:00 to 7:00 pm, you can unwind, enjoy appetizers and drinks (on us!) while sharing your Forum experience with new and old friends alike.

At 5:30, we’ll hear from Mark Eckman at UMass Amherst and others in the international education community about their decision to change software providers. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and to share your challenges with your current software system—and what you need and want in your next!

Have a coffee with Via and attend our Passport to Via event, March 24, at Forum 2022.

RSVP for this invitation-only event.

Schedule a Consult

We’re scheduling virtual and in-person consults during Forum. Sign up for a free 20-minute session with one of Via’s team members. We want to hear about your challenges and goals—and we’ll share how partnering with Via can help you.

We’ll share a quick demo on Via Global and Via Travel so you can see firsthand how our solutions can help you power global experiences. We also look forward to sharing the latest industry trends with you! No need to wait for Forum. Schedule a consult with Bob or Carrie by emailing with your preferred meeting time.
