As a fully virtual company, we recognize the importance of staying connected and celebrating our successes together. Our “Monday Mashup” call begins with a Question of the Week for every team member to answer, allowing us to learn more about one another. We also use this call to share department updates, personal milestones, and progress toward our quarterly goals. On Fridays, we come together for our “Good Vibes” meeting to give shout-outs for all the awesome stuff we’ve accomplished that week.
