Which NAFSA regional conferences is Via TRM attending in 2026?

Via TRM is exhibiting at four of the nine 2026 NAFSA regional conferences: Region III in Fort Worth, Texas (October 6-9), Biregional I & XII in Seattle, Washington (October 18-21), Region X in Rochester, New York (October 27-29), and Biregional VI & VII in Atlanta, Georgia (November 8-11).
How many NAFSA regional conferences are there in 2026?

There are nine regional and biregional NAFSA conferences in fall 2026, covering eleven regions. Regions I and XII meet together in Seattle, and Regions VI and VII meet together in Atlanta.
Why should I meet with Via TRM at a NAFSA regional conference?

Via TRM builds software for international education offices across four areas: education abroad, international student and scholar services, traveler safety, and agreement management. At a regional conference, a table meeting with Via runs about 20 minutes and is a working conversation rather than a demo. Offices most often use the time to ask whether one connected system could replace several disconnected ones, to work through a specific reporting or compliance problem, or to compare what peer campuses in their region are doing. Via representatives will say directly when another platform is the better fit.
How do I book a meeting with Via at a NAFSA regional?

Each stop above has its own booking link that goes straight to the calendar of the Via representative attending that region.
Where is Via's table?

Via has an exhibitor table at each of the four conferences. Table locations appear in each conference's on-site program, and we send the table number to anyone who has booked the week of the event.
What is Via TRM? Via TRM is a software platform for international education offices, covering education abroad program and application management, international student and scholar services and compliance, traveler safety, and contract management in one connected system.
